We provide free shipping in most places in the United States. But remote places and island areas need to pay for the shipping cost, such as: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, etc.

Normally it will take 1-2 weeks to process returns. We'll refund your original form of payment if we receive the return product. The money may take 3-5 business days to go back to you if the card is a credit card, but if it's a debit card normally it will be processed within 7-10 business days, and sometimes it depends on bank processing time.

If the screen displays "AC abnormal", it may be caused by three reasons:
1. Do you connect the inverter to the grid or generator? If not, it will display "AC abnormal" when the inverter operates under the inverter mode.
2. If yes, what is the voltage of the grid or generator? If the voltage isn't in the range in which the inverter can be accepted, it will also show "AC abnormal"
3. In battery priority mode(SW5=1), if there is an AC input when the battery power is sufficient, the AC mains voltage can also be detected, but the display will still show "AC abnormal".
If the inverter is not charging the battery, what is your setting of SW5?If SW5=0, please make sure that the following settings are correct:
A. Please switch SW4 to1, and the AC input is correct
B. Please choose the switch setting of the battery type selector according to your battery type, and do not choose 0. The charge current can be adjusted from 0%-100% via a liner switch at the right of the battery type selector, please make sure it is not 0%
C.If you switch SW5 to 1 (battery priority mode), and if the battery voltage is higher than 12.5V/25V/50V, the inverter cannot be transferred to the mains for charging, so the battery is not charged.
Please do the following test for troubleshooting:
A. Only connect the inverter to the full capacity battery (no other cables connect to the inverter)
B. Set all DIP switch settings at 1 position
C. Turn on the inverter to see if the inverter alarm can disappearIf your inverter still can't work, please send us a video for tech analysis. The video should include the following information
a. The inverter battery terminal voltage on the multimeter
b. The inverter all DIP switch setting
c. The inverter LED light and LCD display4. The inverter label and inverter issue
d. Test the inverter power board mosfet(refer to the video) and show us all the reading.

Please disconnect all cables of the inverter and open the shell to send us the burned parts pictures for checking
Please make sure the inverter battery terminal senses the correct battery voltage (you can use a multimeter to test the inverter battery terminal voltage), then the inverter can be turned on
This requires upgrading software, please send us your inverter label, U1, and U2 version (refer to manual page 35)to match the software
The BP means this inverter doesn't detect the suitable battery voltage, please check the following information for troubleshooting
A. Please check if your battery goes to protection status
B. Please test if there is a suitable voltage on the inverter battery terminal. If yes, please test the main board battery fuse status and check whether the main board BAT terminal appears short-circuit.
C. If there is a suitable voltage on the inverter battery terminal and no damage on the main board fuse and BAT terminal, please send us a video for tech analysis. The video should include the following information
a. The inverter label
b. The inverter battery terminal voltage on a multimeter
c. The inverter LCD display and LED light.
Please set your battery type to user-defined to fix the 61 code for a try
Please check if t the wire connection between the remote board and the control board appears loose. If not loose, please send us your inverter label to follow up.
Please confirm if the 09 code persists in the following situation:
A. When the inverter only connects to the PV and after restart the inverter
B. When the inverter only connects to the battery and after restart the inverter
C. When the inverter only connects to shore power and after restart the inverter
Please feed back your testing with the inverter label to us
Connect the inverter only to the battery and turn on the inverter, press the two middle buttons (up and down) at the same time for more than 3 seconds, and the inverter will make a beeping sound and a white frame will appear in the middle. Then turn off and restart the inverter
