Products purchased from SunGoldPower can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be in original packaging, undamaged, and include all accessories. Once the returned item is received and passes our inspection, a refund will be issued.
To start a return for items bought directly from SunGoldPower.com, please contact our customer support at support@sungoldpower.com within 30 days of receipt and provide proof of purchase. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days of delivery.
If your product was purchased through an authorized third-party seller, please reach out to the seller directly to process your return.
Shipping Cost
SunGoldPower will cover the cost of return shipping only under the following conditions:

For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Costs vary by shipping location.
We recommend retaining the original packaging in case a return becomes necessary. Returns without original packaging may be rejected.
