1.Which countries do you ship to?

    We mainly ship to the following countries, USA (U.S.) - Canada (CA) -  & EU Countries such as Germany (DE) - United Kingdom (U.K.) - Italy (IT) - France (FR) - Spain (ES) -and so on, please contact us for shipping to your country before purchase if the country/region not mentioned above.

2.Where is the package shipped from?

   Most of our packages are shipped via Amazon distribution centers in the U.S., E.U. Some packages are shipped from third-party warehouses that are near your country.

3.How long does delivery take?

   We need 1 to 2 working days to process the order, and usually 6-10 days later you will receive your products. The shipping is delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. We will notice our customer ahead for delays.

4.How can I get free shipping for your products?

   We provide 100% FREE Shipping.

5.What shipping carriers do your use?

   We use all major carriers, such as dhl/fedex/ups/usps and local courier partners. You have the option to choose faster shipping if you pay the additional cost.

6.Can I still change my shipping address even though the package has been shipped out?

   Sorry, once shipped out, we can’t change the delivery address.

7.Do you pay for the customs taxes?

    No, Sungoldpower isn't responsible for any customs taxes charged by your country.

8.Are you responsible for losses caused by uncontrollable factors?

   Sungoldpower is not responsible for delays or loss due to natural disasters, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

9.What should I do if the package damaged by the transportation when FedEx delivery for me?

   In this condition, you should refuse to receive the package. And please take photos of the damaged package (Photos should clear see the shipping label together with the damaged parts.) before the FedEx takes it back. Then please message us with the photos, we will use the photos ask for FedEx compensation.

10. Some other things to note about your order
  • All orders must have a valid street address, expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes.
  • Delivery to remote areas may incur additional cost up to $50 - $200.
  • Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.
  • Your order may require a signature.
